I make a point to drop in here whenever I'm working in Louisville. It's a great facility with friendly people, knowledgeable coaches, and well run classes. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.
Dropped into Derby City CrossFit and had an awesome experience! 💪 The communication beforehand was super smooth and logging in for the drop-in was quick and easy. The coach greeted me by name as soon as I walked in (such a nice touch!) and the members were all super friendly — felt like I’d been part of the crew forever. The workout was challenging and fun, and the coaching was spot-on. If you’re in Louisville and need a place to get a good sweat in, this is the spot! 🏋️♀️🔥
