Therapy can be helpful for anyone that feels they need a professional to talk to. I have been seeing Dillon Espinosa for six months and he has helped me see my problems and has given me the tools and direction to understand them with a new outlook. There is no need to feel nervous Dillon makes you feel comfortable within two minutes of talking to him. On my first session I could tell he wanted to help me. I give Dillon five stars and would recommend him 100 percent to anyone that needs to talk to a therapist. Rob April 2024.

Dillon is extremely thoughtful, insightful, and professional. He approaches each topic with care and empathy.
One thing we all know is the stigma surrounding therapy and discussing mental health in general. I personally have seen therapists in the past who made that stigma much more pronounced. In a society that doesn’t openly encourage seeking help when you need it, it can be extremely discouraging when you realize that despite your best efforts you just need help. My son has been seeing Dillon for about a year now and he has been a tremendous help. As a parent, it can feel scary and isolating when your child is going through something but I am so thankful he has Dillon to help him process things. I would definitely recommend!
