Took our patio covers to redo the stitching along with 2 sofa cushions to reupholster them but 2 months later, we are still waiting to hear back from him. Does not return the calls and is completely missing in action. Did the same thing last year when he took a $2500 deposit towards reupholstering some chairs and held it for several months without ever starting the job. Fortunately, after 2 months of persistently calling him several times a week, we some how managed to get our deposit back.
First time we have used Derby City for our carpet cleaning. Very professional and thorough. The technician Treevor Smith that cleaned our carpets went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased. Carpets look great! Thanks Treevor
