A few years ago I went in to purchase a timer for a washer. They told me it had to be special ordered and was $279. Ok, that was fine. I gave them the exact model number of the washer. The part came in and when I got home I realized they ordered the wrong part. Went back up there and they told me no refunds even though I had not installed it and would not order the correct one unless I paid for another one. Lesson learned, order from Amazon and you can return the wrong part. Avoid this place.
This lady was horrible. Didn't agree with her diagnosis of my thermistor so she refused service. Told me I was gaslighting her for saying she was correct that I had given her the number for the element. Wtf sick to selling parts because a thermistor for whirlpool that ohms out under 3000 ohms is bad per whirlpool service department and if a thermistor doesn't have continuity its bad. This lady tried telling me a thermistor should always be open what a joke. She misunderstood that I wanted to go there not that I had to
