Hypocrite company.. supposed to be closed on Saturdays but towing people cars instead. Then pick up and quickly hang up on people on Sunday trying to get storage fees out of people instead of being available to the people whom cars you towed anytime of the day to avoid storage fees.
10/10 customer service. Repairs were completed in the time frame he originally estimated, cost was true to what I was quoted and the car looks good as new! Couldn't be happier with my experience here and would recommend to anyone in the area.
Derby Auto Body tows for reasonable prices. They are reliable, and my car was safe. I recommend calling them for towing and all other auto body services needed.
