Was very impressed with Scott who showed up on short notice. Replaced leaking tap and pipping and made it functional and look good. The bill was reasonable too which if you've read other plumbers reviews isn't the standard. Also tried to clean up which is appreciated. Will definitely recommend to others and use again if needed.
We recently had Derbecker Plumbing install a new toilet and vanity in our washroom, along with other repairs. Scott and dad Dave were amazing.. Their work was excellent — professional, efficient, and very tidy. Everything was completed on time and looks great along with very reasonable pricing. It’s such a relief to find a plumber who takes real pride in their work. Highly recommend Derbecker Plumbing for anyone needing reliable and skilled service!
Needed a washer changed for my tenants facet in Orillia. Next thing you know, I have a bill for replacing the entire thing with a $175.00 "Moen Kitchen Faucet". Total bill was $339.00. If this company had any semblance of communication, I would have said "No thank you, do not replace it, I will do it myself". Too bad they don't operate in that way, and now I am forking over cash (they don't accept credit card) Nice little job for them though ! Would not use again, would not recommend
Recently, my elderly mother purchased a new clothes washer and dryer which required some installation in tight quarters. My mom was very impressed with the quality of work and especially the cost. She would highly recommend this Orillia plumbing company! Thanks Derbecker for assisting my mother.
We can't say enough good things about Derbecker Plumbing. Scott has helped us with multiple plumbing issues, and his service has always been outstanding. Most recently, we contacted Scott to help us with an issue with our hot water tank, which had been installed by Simcoe Muskoka Home Comfort (SMHC) in 2022. After a $260, 15-minute visit from SMHC to identify the problem, they quoted us an additional $600 for the part and a minimum of 90 minutes to install it.
