Wow, got to experience the rudest medical receptionist today. My best friend is going through a very rough time with Stage 4 bowel cancer. He presented himself to the front desk only to be told by the extremely rude receptionist that they do not do follow up appointments. He was there the day before, and told by the doctor, to monitor his heart rate over night , and if it was still high to come back the next day, to which he did.
