This store carries auto, truck and farm equipment parts. They also have a good selection of misc hardware merchandise not found in other parts stores. We have our hydrophilic hoses made there when needed. Very friendly and helpful.

I paid in full almost $1800 for Auto Parts Plus in Aberdeen to replace an engine in my 1995 Geo Prizm with a used engine in good repair. All I got was extreme engine vibration, cutting out to the point of stalling and the activation of the check engine light during operation. After four months of trying to get the repairs done they had it towed and impounded without even notifying me. In order to get my car I now have to pay the towing charge plus $30 per day. Total rip off. I hope this doesn't happen to you.

The rarest of the rare. An honest mechanic. None of this....we will inspect your car and "help" remove more money from your wallet. He just gets the job done and you don't feel like he was trying to get more out of you.

Supplier was unable to correctly identify and supply correct parts after 3 attempts to get correct parts I had to go to a different supplier who successfully identified and supplied needed parts immediately. When I attempted to return wrong parts to supplier they refused to take them back. I will never use them again.

My wife's door window fell in (clunk!), and we asked Family Auto to investigate. They claimed the winodow motor mechanism was burned out, and proceeded to replace it, at a cost of hundreds. However, I asked for the one they replaced (they are obligated to hand that over).. I checked it, and there was nothing wrong with it. I accosted them, the mnager apologized for the error. and they agreeded to take much of that cost off, although I still paid a lot. The repair did not fit the obvious diagnosis.
