My Mother chose DeRamus Hearing Center in Feb. 2022 for her first time to wear hearing aids. We were so hopeful that her quality of life would improve with the correction to her hearing. Her experience with the office has been frustrating. At times, we have waited 30+ minutes beyond the appointment time to be seen, even when there were no other persons in the waiting area and no one came out from the back before being called.
