Systolic frozen food at best. Terrible bar service. Not clean. Barely touch our food and left. First time I ever tipped only 10%. It was that bad
Scooping ice with my glass was the first sign of how the night was going to go. The atmosphere is a cool vibe but the employees (except one really sharp outside bartender) seem practiced on the bare minimum. Wiping the counters AROUND things instead of moving everything, taking a smoke break as soon as our food came out. Having to chase someone down for our bill. The food was from the freezer. Disappointing. But it’s a Hilton.
Great burgers, dessert was unimpressive. Great service, loved the atmosphere, and sat outside at the fireplace after dinner talking to friends for an hour. Delightful
Teresa was our server while we met to celebrate our birthdays and she went out of her way to give excellent service. She was very attentive and really made our birthdays special. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very calm and lovely. Will be back soon!
