Visited the bar tonight and was underwhelmed by the bar service. Started with a sticky menu. Ordered 2 of the same drinks and got one. There was one guy who was very service oriented, but the women were very low service . The bar floor was dirty too. We will come back, but you guys need to step up the quality of your bar people. The food was good and the food drop from the kitchen was excellent. The least interested bartender was a supervisor!! The lone male bartender was great.
First time staying here. Used to live in Fishers and live in another state now but try to stay in Fishers when visiting. The service was amazing. The front desk is warm and inviting. I ordered doordash and the restaurant forgot utensils. I called downstairs and the front desk had it to my room before I could blink. The beds were comfortable and clean. Ambience was nice. But... the service is what will keep me coming back. Good job yall 👏

The team that works here is great. Everyone was kind, hustling to make sure the food was out fast, attentive and doing everything to help the customer. The biggest problem was the food. It was $60 per person for the Buffett for Easter Brunch and the food was dry, ran out quickly and overall just not good. I thought this was a separate restaurant in the hotel, but it is very much just in the hotel lobby. The value of the food for the price was just not worth it. Not amount of good service could offset bad food unfortunately.
