The team that works here is great. Everyone was kind, hustling to make sure the food was out fast, attentive and doing everything to help the customer. The biggest problem was the food. It was $60 per person for the Buffett for Easter Brunch and the food was dry, ran out quickly and overall just not good. I thought this was a separate restaurant in the hotel, but it is very much just in the hotel lobby. The value of the food for the price was just not worth it. Not amount of good service could offset bad food unfortunately.
We had a great time here for dinner. The service was great starting with the host and all the way thru. We started with the pimento cheese dip and chips. I would definitely recommend. Then I ordered the chicken ceasar salad, my husband ordered the chicken sandwich with fries, my 5yo ordered the chicken tenders and fries. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The atmosphere was great, very quiet and clean. Thank you.
Many compliments to Teresa, she was wonderful! Definitely made our breakfast experience worth while. She was the icing on the cake to the end of our trip!
Overall, good experience and atmosphere. While nothing was bad, drinks and food were overpriced for what they were. I have never paid $19 for a cocktail in any restaurant in Indianapolis. Also, bru burger makes an amazing burger for less than $20.
