We've stayed here a few times for a few reasons. First, for most of those searching for accommodations, the location is just pure gold. You are close to everything you need in Breck and it cannot be easier. Second, the condos are well kept, clean, and nicely laid out. Our last trip we had to get 2, and both were just immaculate. I am a 35year summit county Flooring supplier, did a restretch in a unit for a long time realtor to get it up to looking good for listing it for sale!!! All good!

Terrible experience, we got in at midnight and were given no check-in information. Then, when trying to call the property they never answered. We were left calling random properties in Breckenridge and finally found a place to stay at 2:30am because the people of Breckenridge are so nice. We finally recieved a cancelation email from them at 2:45am saying they could no longer accommodate us. Units are owned by different companies, mine was vacasa. Do not book properties here owned by vacasa and caution staying here at all.

This is such a beauty of a hotel. Whenever I come to Breck I try my hardest to stay here. The rooms are great, the location is great. It's such a hidden gem.
