I was an owner. I had a very frustrating experience with Vacasa. They attempted to charge me $871.78 for linen services during a time when I was no longer even their customer. During that entire period, I had a long-term rental contract with another company, Stockton Realty, and my property had no Vacasa bookings or services. I provided Vacasa with clear documentation proving this, yet they ignored multiple emails and never conducted a proper review. Nice rooms with balconies and kitchens. There is on-site covered bike parking inside the courtyard area (bike racks). Fantastic location.

We've stayed here a few times for a few reasons. First, for most of those searching for accommodations, the location is just pure gold. You are close to everything you need in Breck and it cannot be easier. Second, the condos are well kept, clean, and nicely laid out. Our last trip we had to get 2, and both were just immaculate. I am a 35year summit county Flooring supplier, did a restretch in a unit for a long time realtor to get it up to looking good for listing it for sale!!! All good!
