Check in rep was totally rude and dismissive. She should not be allowed to interact with the public. I won’t be back
I would like to give this a five star however the bathrooms really need an upgrade. The toilets were so short that if you are handicapped this room would not work for you. Also, the shower consistently went super hot then cold. Also, the remote for the TV was not working as it should. We had a non-smoking, two queen beds, non-dog friendly room.
The location is the only thing going for this hotel. The rooms are filthy and have not been updated or maintained in decades. Leavenworth is an expensive town so don’t let the price tag fool you into thinking you are staying in a nice place, this is the equivalent of staying in a highway motel that charges by the hour. Such a great inn at a really reasonable price for a tourist town. Literally 2 mins from the main downtown. We loved our room, the second level has vaulted ceilings which made it feel spacious. Definitely would book here again for our next trip. Breakfast was way better than I thought too!! Full breakfast really delicious.
