Staff is pleasant, with wonderful communication. Dr is knowledgeable and always takes the time to speak with me openly about the options that fit me.
I had Scott Derr make a partial plate for me. Within 6 months while eating breakfast I had a tooth break off. Thankfully, I was able to recover the tooth. When I called his office to mention what had happened, and asked about the warranty, his secretary almost seemed annoyed. I believe I was polite. Certainly undeserving of the treatment I received.
