Horrible neighbors. Worst place I've ever lived.
Management does not enforce the rules of the park that are clearly posted throughout. Signs posted say no loud music or noise. Thats all I seem to encounter on a daily basis. No parking on the street that is apparently optional. Neighbors not supervising their children damaging my home and lot rent is outrageous. Go to shelby forest way cheaper.
I moved here in May of 2023, I have video footage of young adults pissing on my house near my daughters' room, adults walking too close to my house late at night, shortly after my daughter came home, the water is poisonous, couldn't drink or cook with it, and it caused rashes, the lot in front of my house is always muddy as if it is sinking in, energy vampires here, My water bill is always $120+, I wash my clothes and they smell like mildew after a few hours, lots of people doing the illuminati wink , my lot rent started ... read more

Under new management. Received notice December 18, 2020 December 28, 2020 received increase of $21 For promissory note to fix the roads new signs just had them done two years prior to trim trees beautify the park fixed driveways. I have never paid a plumber prior to doing the work ? In the rent included lot rent ,garbage pick up, property tax . I just think in 10 days of buying us you've already upped our lot rent by $21. Rumor has it that they are charging us again for garbage pick up $11 and school tax of three dolla... read more
Donna Navarre, says it all. They keep raising the rates, and taking away the FEW services they have.
I would like to invite our community to the FREE Easter Eggstravaganza at Friendship Church Shelby. We are looking to start a van ministry in our community as it is a new church, very laid back and has brought our family a lot of fun and happiness. I will share their link below.
