In the past people working there were always angry towards anybody that came therebut now they a great front staff there desk workers and the security guard are so polite
I would not file complaint with these people . I'm not sure but a message I can't retrieve from these people. So I just block . I had requested medical records sept 2024 I didn't get until Dec 24 2024? When I receive them I had another's records I was on the phone when I blurted it out, my family said tha a hipaa violation. I called the people. Next thing one said you know they don't want the attention? So what? I'm to "Cover it up"?
