I would not file complaint with these people . I'm not sure but a message I can't retrieve from these people. So I just block . I had requested medical records sept 2024 I didn't get until Dec 24 2024? When I receive them I had another's records I was on the phone when I blurted it out, my family said tha a hipaa violation.
