these people are total scam. they have no idea what they doing. after I explained the situation for them, they said yes yes it is a good idea to get the dep report for your prop... they did that... and obviously i paid them... then the accountant told me nooooo you can not claim much out of this dep report... they want just to charge you and take no responsibility !!!! my understanding is they are expert so they should know what can be claimed ... what is not!!!!
Untrustworthy and dishonest. Zero communication after paying for their services. All contact numbers are unreachable. Avoid these guys!
I paid the full fee up front for a depreciation report. Deppro sent me a spreadsheet to complete, which I returned with all requested information. Since then, I have received no report and no meaningful response, despite multiple follow-up emails for over a month. I am still waiting for a refund after a two weeks wait plus few emails and phone exchange. 3 stars for now as I am still waiting for a response. 13 oct 2025 I have received the refund from Deppro.
I have used deppro over the last 10 years for generating depreciation report for investment homes. The inspectors are very professional and flexible with scheduling inspection. Deppro also has an easy booking process.
