I am still waiting for a refund after a two weeks wait plus few emails and phone exchange. 3 stars for now as I am still waiting for a response. 13 oct 2025 I have received the refund from Deppro.

I have used deppro over the last 10 years for generating depreciation report for investment homes. The inspectors are very professional and flexible with scheduling inspection. Deppro also has an easy booking process.

I would give them 0 if I could, they don’t revise the depreciation report/schedule, it means if you have some renovation or new items in your investment property, they don’t help you to add them in the schedule. By the way, it is a normal practice with other companies.

Be careful if you got into an agreement with them (because there is no real written contract sent to you but a very simple piece of paper form): 1. Their depreciation report is a 25 year schedule, while for most of their competitors with the same fee is a 40 year one. 2. Under no circumstances, they add even one single repair or renovation item to the report for the next years while the others do that free of charge for one or two items or for as little cost as $50.
