Understanding and respectfull , it's not an easy business for both part and if u do the same as a customer , they are human after all so I went there my life was a mess, and I just asked respectfully and agreeing their terms and no problem after .so I recommend if u want a safe place, open til 10 for customer to go in and out , and camera as every other place ,read the contract like u should but they will explain the big line to be sure u understand so, good one :)
