Our unit flooded. Destroyed numerous irreplaceable items. They don’t offer liability insurance. Disgusted.
Oh I cannot say how much greatful I am to the owner of this storage she us sweet and gentle and she is very patient. I was struggling with homelessness and setbacks and have been behind on payments and I paid whatever I could and try to catch up. I still owe but I'm finally out of it and I'm going to pay the rest off but she is so very understanding and sweet. Been trying to get information for a unit
The place stays clean, staff is wonderful and the storage units are decent sized. They don't leak nor have rodent issues. I feel safe leaving my stuff in these units.
After being a customer for years I would have appreciated a notice that our rent was being increased. It’s only $10 but the principal. Maybe it’s in the fine print and I missed it. Needless to say there will be a unit available soon.
