I will update my review if things change but only the relevant parts, I initially rented a unit and my card was billed twice for 68 dollars. I have attached the screenshot from my bank showing it in this review. They made me go through a credit card dispute to get my money back, most businesses I've dealt with (including the one I own) would have just reversed the charge. That was on 3/26/25. Today 4/11/25 I called to tell them I no longer needed the unit, I was informed that I needed a two week notice and she acted like I w... read more
