Nick at Depot Towing was absolutely phenomenal when we blew a tire on the highway. Can not recommend enough.
Being new to the area it was nice to find a shop that took great care of me when I had a flat tire and needed a tow. Very friendly and great customer service. Awesome, given I am writing a review as my vehicle is needing to be towed. Showed up in 20 minutes, spoke clear English, respectful, knowledgeable, efficient. Drove with the driver to drop off vehicle at mechanics - didn't have to listen to loud or vulgar music. Done in 30 minutes from start to finish!
My vehicle slowed down, installed between an on-ramp and the highway. I was able to utilize the services of this business through AAA not only did they elevate my request for a tow, but upon delivery recognized the possibility, my vehicle needed more fuel and provided extra fuel at no cost. Nick exemplary customer service. When I thought it was the alternator and it was just a matter of more fuel, he delivered the message with compassion and was not judgmental.
