Excellent communication and follow up from management when making a decision to rent an apartment at Depot 16. When I changed my mind and wanted to get a larger apartment I was immediately accommodated and the application and review process went smoothly. SCAM. This is a scam. Never moved in. Raccoons in attic causing major fire hazards and biohazards, AC that doesn’t go below 75, a maintenance man who yells at new tenants day 1 that if they don’t like it they can leave, and management that takes your 4200 dollars and says you owe 4200 MORE when you NEVER MOVED IN and only spent 2 hours in the place cleaning and realizing the hazards. This was one of the worst leasing experiences I’ve ever witnessed. My best friend had a confirmed appointment to tour a unit between 5:00–5:30 PM. We arrived at 5:10 PM after dealing with confusion caused by their own confirmation email listing the wrong address (600 SW 6th Street instead of the correct leasing office at 301 SW 6th Street).
