Great location and great property! Heather is an amazing property manager!
I was a 4 year resident at Depot 16, one of the first in the building. I recently moved out and left the place spotless with professional cleaning. When I received my settlement (two months later), I was charged $50 for cleaning and $400 to paint (AFTER 4 YEARS!!) This on top of “market pricing” that insured a large increase in rent every year. Of course they are owned by a company in California so I am sure this is set up as a profit center for them. I highly recommend that anyone interested in this property look elsewhere ... read more
I am not a resident but my biggest complaint is that I have been trying to call, message about leasing a unit and no one ever calls or emails back. Not sure how to get in touch with the leasing office.
Great location and great property!
I rented with Depot16 for 2 years and can only say good things about it. It was comfortable and if there were any maintenance issues they took care of it right away. If I need to rent again I’d definitely look to rent with them.
