Place is going to hell. Looking like the "projects" more & more. Cameras installed for "security". Lol. Had tire stolen right off my car but mgmt could'nt/would'nt find it on the recording. Rules broken constantly by one particular resident & mgmt cant/wont find that either. Forget maintenence here. A/C filters supplied whenever she fells like it. Grass growing in parking lot cracks that will break up concrete she wont fix. Wont paint lines on parking lot spaces. Wont replace windows. They make you pay for blinds, toilet sea... read more
The folks there were very nice and helpful. They were comforting and generous. The grounds were well taken care of and the homes/Apartments we're clean and well taken care of.
Management is fair and honest.
