I haven't had allstate long, I've never even made a claim, but I plan to drop them as soon as the current period is over. They failed to mention the requirement to install an invasive stalking app on your phone until after you've paid your premium. I'll never do business with allstate again because of the drivewise app. Garbage company with outright offensive requirements. Our experience with Miss Brittany O’Dell was flawless, professional, relaxing—she took me step by step through the process of changing our insurance, comparing current insurance vs. moving it over to Allstate - plus she gave us the coverage we needed for our home that we didn’t have with our old insurance. We are very pleased with everything. We recommend her to others!
Sarah was amazing!!!! She was so kind and patient. She answered all of my questions. She made me feel very, very comfortable. She knows her stuff!! The folks in the office at the Mount Vernon Oh locatiin especially Jamie have been excellent! However the adjusters and inspectors cancel continuously when a claim is filed they lie stating they are the claim owner when they are not and give false information, don’t return calls and will send vague text messages to stall the claim.
After my previous insurance provider kept raising my rates with having no accidents & a clean driving record I started the search for a new insurance provider as my previous provider was charging me $161 a month. I had got quotes from Progressive, State Farm & several others with little success in finding coverage less expensive.
