The doctor, Dr Caudelle is very nice and very knowledgeable. This review pertains to the front office staff. After I saw the doctor for my post cataract surgery recheck, the practice collected a $45 copay. When I got the EOB from the insurance company it stated that my portion was zero as I had met my out-of-pocket maximum for the year. I called back and spoke with AJ. I had to change the time of my appointment due to work. The staff was friendly and accommodating. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and assisted immediately. The doctor conducted a thorough eye examination and provided needed relief to my anxiety about my vision. I appreciated the quick service and professionalism.
I best place ever the staff was very friendly and sweet Linda & Jamie are the sweetest people. Will definitely recommend everyone !!
Did not have the best experience with DePoe. The only reason I went was because my eye doctor closed his practice and took up residence here. The front desk staff did not seem to know how to bill insurance properly because they said I had to pay full price for my contact lenses even though my insurance covered some of the amount. They also did not clarify or give a reasonable explanation as to why they charge extra for contact wearers to be examined (example: if you have astigmatism).
