Receptionist could use more critical thinking and better management. Went to Allen location instead with no issues. Upon looking at other reviews, others seem to share similar sentiments. They really need to reconsider their "4 minute late" policy as you turn more customers away than keep them. 4 min is never that detrimental.
From the moment I checked, everything went smoothly. my waxer was wonderful. And I appreciated the attention to detail.
