This was my first experience with Dependable Storage in Baton Rouge. Having dealt with other storage companies in other cities, I was a bit jaded about what to expect in Baton Rouge, but was pleasantly surprised! It was a great experience and I expect that we will be back there next summer! Any time that I had to call the office with questions, they were very professional and polite and made the process very easy! From Move-in to Move-out, there were no surprises, problems or "gotchas" from this company. Highly recommend!!
Extremely clam, well managed. We will back to use again!
Cameron was the most helpful person and went above and beyond to help us! We couldn’t have moved without him!
Cameron was awesome and made the sign up process super easy and enjoyable. Great facility.
