I called for an emergency on Wednesday, they told me they would be here on Friday. I called Friday morning to ask about a window of time, they said sometime today. Then Friday afternoon at 3pm, they called me to let me know, no one is coming and the earliest they can get someone to help me us next Wednesday. I have water coming through my ceiling. I’m supposed to let it go 5 days? Thank you for being so “dependable.”

Called for an appointment regarding possible frozen pipes. They sent out a technician who did not have the equipment to thaw them. I paid the $180 for 2 hours of "snaking" into a solid piece of ice. While paying and scheduling an appointment for someone to come out to fix the frozen pipe, the person on the other line said "oh, she said she thought it was frozen".
