Within the past 2.5 weeks DEPENDABLE has helped us tremendously with fixing our leaking freezer, our dryer & our oven! A simple thanks just isn't enough for the incredible knowledge and help they have given! 5/5 🌟!!
If I could give them a ZERO rating, I would. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! Their failed diagnostic resulted in an unnecessary repair that would then require a part for our Bosch appliance that has been DISCONTINUED. We now have a useless paper weight instead of an operable appliance. They charged $900 in labor to install 2 parts worth less than $100. They are an authorized service provider, but my advice would be to go through "Bosch Factory Service" directly on their website to schedule repairs vs. engaging with Dependabl... read more
DEPENDABLE LIVES UP TO THEIR NAME, AGAIN! Recently, my water heater went out on a Friday after lunch. I contacted Dependable Repair Services for help. I did not realize how often I NEED hot water (and actually USE it) until I didn’t have any. Dependable sent a technician named Michael out quickly.
