I highly recommend Dependable Renovations. It is difficult to find a trustworthy contractor if you haven't worked with one before. Dependables references highly recommended them and Dependable arranged site visits to active projects before we made a final decision to engage them. Chis and his staff are very personable and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. They dealt with the complications of working in a condominium in a professional manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Dependable Renovations.
