Great service, they take emergency calls without having to wait and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
We hired him for 2 different jobs on the sprinkler system and a french drain, in 2 different areas. The first job was done the same day of the call, fair price and completed. The second leak took several days to reach him and get him to return once he was paid. The french drain took several weeks to get him back to complete with a deposit paid in advance. Brett, after having waited to hear back from you for six months, we hired someone else to refill the dangerous 30 ft trench you left across the yard for what was supposed to be a french drain. Having paid you $2000 in advance for this work - we totally reject the invoice you emailed to us, listing what we'd already paid you for as the work newly accomplished - very unprofessional (and dishonest.) I would definitely recommend Brett for any of your sprinkler/irrigation needs. We had a sprinkler leak on a Saturday of a holiday weekend, and he was the only repair company that would actually pick up the phone, when other companies stated that they were open. He was very prompt and came over to assess the damage within 45 minutes of making the call.
