Totally Dependable! The owner (Mr Dependable) came to house the next day after I called him. Work was done quickly and with a fair price. Highly recommend this company!.
The men came on time and had the problem resolved in 10 minutes! Very competent and professional.
Over many years I’ve used this company’s services a number of times and can say they are very responsive and dependable is an excellent description but I’d also add good owners that try to go the extra mile as affordable as possible ! I highly recommend them.
Terrible experience. We would not recommend. They were supposed to show up after they got a cancellation. Never showed up let alone call. They then show up the following week on a Tuesday at 8:15am without ever making an appointment with us. Just showed up totally unexpected. Also very unprofessional the way they installed our bathroom faucets. They left the handles uneven and the fact that they showed up on their whim was highly irritating. Super expensive as well. Needless to say we will never call them again.
