I had a vibrant lawn. I recieved a card in the mail and I called. They came out, they are prompt. But very hard to get ahold of anyone or recieving a call back when you have an issue. When my wife finally got in touch with general manager, we sent pictures to his email and also asked what they were going to do about this problem, trimming to low grass was brown mowing and spinning tires on lawn.
