Absolutely the worst of the worst. First and foremost, this company does one thing and one thing only. They collect money for scheduling independent contractors to provide in-home care. They vet the caregivers for several things, but quality of care is not one of them. We experienced caregivers sleeping instead of caring for our father in law. We experienced caregivers spending the entire 12-hour shift on their cell phones (including while bathing and shaving the patient). One caregiver just failed to show up at all. ... read more
Invaluable and indeed 'dependable' service - we are so appreciative of the commitment to make sure we had great caregivers available around the clock while my husband was in hospice. Keiyana made scheduling caregivers look easy (pretty sure it wasn't) and Michelle was always available to answer our admin questions. We engaged Dependable In Home Care to provide caregivers for our 97 year old uncle in New Orleans. He did not want to be in an assisted living facility after living independently for so long. Dependable and the caregivers they arranged allowed him to live out his last few months at home. The staff of Dependable and the caregivers they provided were very helpful and very understanding of our uncle's situation. We very much appreciate the care provided to our uncle in the last few months of his life.

The staff at Dependable In Home Care were very helpful and quick to get us a dependable sitter for my father. They gave us all the information needed and matched someone to cover the evening shift for us that worked well for our needs. The office staff was always courteous and helpful with our questions!
