What a valuable service you offer parents! Our child gets tired of going everywhere since she is an old soul. My husband and I were able to go have a couple of nights out and not have to worry. We loved Diane a d consider her a new member of our family. We come to NOLA every few weeks so we will definitely reach out to you all again if we bring our child. Thank you so very much!!!
We recently had our mom placed under Hospice care and realized very quickly that we needed extra help caring for her at home. Michelle at Dependable Care was super helpful and very kind to us while answering all our questions during this very difficult time for our family. Diondria was a little angel to our family. Diana was very professional and friendly, took great care of our infant while we were busy with a family wedding. Would recommend their services and definitely would use them again.
The experience with Dependable is what their name is VERY DEPENDABLE... we even needed Spanish speaking caregivers and they were available to us... The system is very reliable, the customer service is excellent and the caregivers are very professional... at least the ones that we have worked with thus far. I would recommend Dependable to anyone at all times!!!
I was traveling for business and needed to bring my 6 month old and 2 year old. Michelle was patient and flexible when assisting with finding me a caregiver. Miss Diana, our nanny for the week, became part of the family while we were in town. She is amazing. We miss her and we're so pleased with the service.
