My family is very appreciative of Dependable In Home Care for matching our loved one with such a great, dependable, caring, and accommodating care giver. Invaluable and indeed 'dependable' service - we are so appreciative of the commitment to make sure we had great caregivers available around the clock while my husband was in hospice. Keiyana made scheduling caregivers look easy (pretty sure it wasn't) and Michelle was always available to answer our admin questions. We engaged Dependable In Home Care to provide caregivers for our 97 year old uncle in New Orleans. He did not want to be in an assisted living facility after living independently for so long. Dependable and the caregivers they arranged allowed him to live out his last few months at home. The staff of Dependable and the caregivers they provided were very helpful and very understanding of our uncle's situation. We very much appreciate the care provided to our uncle in the last few months of his life.

The staff at Dependable In Home Care were very helpful and quick to get us a dependable sitter for my father. They gave us all the information needed and matched someone to cover the evening shift for us that worked well for our needs. The office staff was always courteous and helpful with our questions!

Dependable was very easy to work with in scheduling and setting up caregivers. The process took minutes and the level of care was very good, the staff were friendly, knew my mother by name at the office, and the CNA were very responsive and supportive to my mother’s needs. I had great communication to support my mother’s changing needs in hospice.
