Disgusted in their work and their conduct. Dropped off a power steering hose for a BMW E30. After a week and “special order parts” they “had it ready”. $300 later… didn’t even get it on the vehicle before noticing they FORGOT TO CRIMP THE HOSE. I bring it back because I have all the free time in the world as a business owner and they say leave it again, no problem. Another week later I pick it up. I came in on a Saturday. Not familiar with the area. They took great care of me. Made the lines quickly.
As always...... Made a couple hoses while I waited to get my equipment back up and running!
Went into dependable hydraulics to get a high pressure power steering line made for my custom engine swap. Tony went above and beyond to make sure it was done right the first time. The same day too. Thanks again, couldn’t be happier!
