Not surprised that this company barely gets 3 stars. Very rude driver was combative for no reason right from the time I opened the door. As someone who worked in the freight business for 30 years, this kind of behavior would've never been tolerated by anyone I have ever been employed by. If you're using this company to ship your freight with, I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap freight=bad service.

Jenna at this company is also horrible no one here wants to do any work they do not attempt pickups and say they do then they wont help when you call its crazy
If I could give zero stars I would!!! Liars, never get ANYTHING where it's supposed to be when they CLAIM it will be there. Sat in my package for 6 days, every day promising it would be delivered the next day. This company is the farthest thing from "dependable" there is!!! Use caution when ordering from companies. Be sure you know who the delivery people will be. If it's this company. Pass on it. They do nothing but lie, give false truths, and don't seem to be the least bit concerned, or compassionate.
