Not dependable at all. Delivery was days late and customer service did not care. Delivery was sent to the wrong city, they didn't have a driver. They would not update tracking, they would not rush, they would not let us pick up our own package! Cost our company money to have our part delivered by them. Do not use!

THIS COMPANY HAS BAD TRUCK DRIVERS. SPEEDING GOING 60 65 ON A 45. TAILGATING CARS NOT KEEPING HIS DISTANCE. ALMOST CAUSING ACCIDENTS. WHO EVER DRIVES TRACTOR D40004 NEEDS HIS CDL REVOKED

Awful company. I ordered products from Lowe's and they used this service. Not only were they late but basically required me to pay a storage fee if I arranged a delivery day for when I would be home AFTER THEY WERE THE ONES WHO DELAYED IT. Will be talking to Lowe's about dropping them

They held my package for more than a week. I called and asked to see what was going on. They said they dont deliver out to my area. They were going to send to a 3rd party company to deliver to us. I asked if ai could just pick it up at will call or something, they said no. 3 days went by and they still hadnt delivered the package to the 3rd party company. I been waiting for my shipment since the 16th of this month but they kept changing delivery date every day, it really frustrating and thy don’t answer their call. Am just planning to go there myself and talk to them since nobody is answering their phone
