They are rude add random charges that weren’t actual and Estrella at phx is super rude and doesn’t care. Good luck.
Jenna at this company is also horrible no one here wants to do any work they do not attempt pickups and say they do then they wont help when you call its crazy
If I could give zero stars I would!!! Liars, never get ANYTHING where it's supposed to be when they CLAIM it will be there. Sat in my package for 6 days, every day promising it would be delivered the next day. This company is the farthest thing from "dependable" there is!!! Use caution when ordering from companies. Be sure you know who the delivery people will be. If it's this company. Pass on it. They do nothing but lie, give false truths, and don't seem to be the least bit concerned, or compassionate. Not dependable at all. Delivery was days late and customer service did not care. Delivery was sent to the wrong city, they didn't have a driver. They would not update tracking, they would not rush, they would not let us pick up our own package! Cost our company money to have our part delivered by them. Do not use!
