The worst service I have experienced. They let my order sit on site for three days and never updated me. When I called they kept telling me they can’t guarantee delivery to Orinda, CA since they’ve had problems in the past. Why even accept an order if you can’t guarantee delivery? Then they promised me a delivery window and confirmed items are being loaded the following week. Delivered my order as requested and within the window, good communication.
they changed the new manager ,each driver of the port department only works 3 days a week which is far less than normal ,and they keep hiring new drivers ,so every driver make very little money .
