Awesome service!! I reached out overnight and he responded early morning! That was the first thing. Secondly, there was snow falling and predicted throughout the day, and he still made plans to come out and look at my mini-split system! Thirdly, I felt the roads may be dangerous as the morning continued, and he still insisted he could make it safely, and actually showed up before noon!!! At one time, I was very impressed with Dependable. They were fast, professional, and friendly. But for some reason, I’ve essentially been ghosted (as has the home warranty company that uses them). We have a central AC unit at a rental property that is no longer working. Put in a request at end of July with American Home Shield, which assigned us Dependable Heating and Air. I called an left message an the owner called me back immediately told them my hvac problems told me what to try an said it would fix the problem and the owner was on point an it fixed the problem of what he told me to do I leave 5 stars for this business I highly recommend this company thanks again

Very professional and nice people. Was on time. Came out on Christmas Eve and did everything they could and we had heat in an hour. Excellent service!!!!
