Can’t speak on the quality of their services but their customer service was enough to make me not want to use them.. called them to ask for a quote and the person on the phone could not have sounded more unenthusiastic or helpful. With so many other options in this neighborhood you would think that the person answering the phone could be a little bit more nice

I had an emergency and they came out the next day to measure. They called 30 minutes before arrival and I was happy with the outcome of the job. A few minor delays due to bad weather which was completely out of their control, overall very satisfied.

I was having an issue with another glass company that completed half the work I hired them to do. I had no choice but to hire Dependable Glass to complete the work. I was left with a big mess. I was fortunate to get referred to Dependable, not only did they complete the job quicker than I expected. The beat everyone’s quote and gave me a best price.

I had a good experience with them. I walked in and asked for them to make me a replacement glass for my cabinet and they did it on the spot! It was 5 minute wait and very affordable. Quality work too. Was very happy with the final product. Not sure why they only get 3 stars on here. I'd reccomend them.
