EDITED TO ADD/BOTTOM LINE: They took our money and did not put up a new fence. Period. They did not give our money back. Period. Poor planning on their part. Period. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about our experience with Dependable Fencing. In April, I hired Dependable Fencing to replace my elderly mother's fence and paid the required deposit. They were scheduled to begin in early June. During the week of June 20, their crew removed her existing fence, then informed my mom that it would be another 2–3 weeks before they could install the new one. Tana and her husband did a fantastic job with our fence. Always kept in contact with me when they were coming, how long it would take to finish the job or even left for the day. They answer all my concerns. I highly recommend them.
They did such a wonderful job building our new fence after the fire. They worked tirelessly to get it done quickly, despite the 100 °F - 105+°F days. They were very communicative and hauled away all our old burnt fencing and steel gate. We would absolutely recommend them if you need any fencing done.
Dependable Fencing is just that! Dependable! After dealing with fire damage, Dependable Fencing was happy and willing to work with me and my insurance to come out, give us a free quote, and order custom material to fit our needs.
