Would give 0 stars if had that option, they never answer the phone or call back when you leave a message, took 3 1/2 hours just to get eye test, girlfriend and I went in together, were there Nov16, it's now, Jan25 still haven't received glasses, went in and was told they forgot to order mine but hers are still on order, went to Walmart in Denton , got glasses today, Jan28, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH DEPENDABLE, that's the one thing they are not
One of the best experiences I've ever had at the eye doctor extremely friendly staff works with your insurance to make sure you get what you need love my glasses can't tell you how many compliments I have on them excellent place to go I will highly recommend
