This company was a terrible experience they came out to repair a furnace and it stopped working a day after. They came to preform a routine cleaning and said that the issue was fixed and then it stopped working and then they say that we need a whole new furnace and we spent 700 dollars for nothing. I would not recommend this company as their customer service and terrible and are just trying to get your money
Recently switched our propane service to Dependable Energy. Process was seamless from beginning to end. Tanks delivered on time/date promised. All staff, both in the field and office, extremely helpful and informative. Glad to be with a local, professional company.
I will recommend this company 100%. They came to my home and did an amazing job by switching my oil furnace to propane gas heater and hot water tankless very professional. I was there all the time watching every step and I love it. They did an incredible job at home and I will definitely recommend if you’re looking for to switch from oil, hot water and heater to propane gas. This is a company to call.
