I called the owner. At first he answered the phone they not. His voicemail was always full so no leaving a message. After 6 times of calling he finally answered and said he was too busy to take on the job and that was the reason he did not respond back instead of answering the phone and informing me know that he was unavailable. So if there was a problem after the work was completed I can imagine he would not be answering the phone to fix the issue. Not recommend.
