I recently hired Billy for a small job, and I couldn't be more impressed. As a second-generation electrician with local roots, he brought a high level of dedication and expertise. Even though it was a minor project, he went the extra mile to ensure everything was done perfectly, and took the time to offer follow-up support on short notice. It's clear that he takes pride in his family's business and cares about his customers. I highly recommend him—you'll be in great hands.
This experience was anything but professional and/or dependable. Not only was it a half completed job in which I was charged in full for and promised a return visit it was a very negative experience. This electrician refused to communicate back with me to complete the work but the way he spoke to me as a young mom of five I found to be both rude and inappropriate.
