Dependable electric came highly recommended by our AC people Brown Mechanical. The owner shuffled his schedule to come take a look and he diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. The problem was a damaged FPL line that feeds our house. Instead of just collecting a service fee and leaving us to deal with FPL, he personally called and handled them. This experience was anything but professional and/or dependable. Not only was it a half completed job in which I was charged in full for and promised a return visit it was a very negative experience. This electrician refused to communicate back with me to complete the work but the way he spoke to me as a young mom of five I found to be both rude and inappropriate.
