Delivery team was fine, very professional. But one box was missing and the company does not answer the phone.
I would give zero stars if I could worst business ever and I didn't use them they delivered to my apartment complex and hit my car when I contacted them they said they won't do anything for us.Then I called my insurance and found out it was an unregistered vehicle they use. Horrible company doing illegal actions. Don't use them
"WORST DELIVERY SERVICE" IS WHAT THEY SHOULD CHANGE THEIR NAME TO!!! Would have given zero stars if it was an option. I received an appt for Monday from 12-3. it turned to 4:30/5 then six then i never received a call to inform me that they wouldn't be showing up that day after i stayed home the entire day. Two days later it arrives. If you buy a mattress from Costco and live in the East Bay Area PLEASE do yourself a favor and prepare for the worst.
