Carlos and his crew, Marcelo and Berto, were hired by the contractor that replaced my roof and I couldn't be happier with the results. I have a rooftop ac unit with external ducting that no other ac company would touch. Dependable replaced all the rooftop ducting as well as the plenums into and out of the unit, to make sure the unit would seal properly with the new roof. I cannot recommend this company enough. I called Carlos on a referral from a friend. My air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night, I called the next morning at 8 AM and my unit was repaired by 9:15. Carlos was incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. He took time to not only repair my air conditioning unit, but to also clean the inside of the unit and coils, place new insulation on the piping, and walk me through steps on how to best maintain it for long term use. We have used Dependable Cooling and Heating many times. Carlos and crew have kept our heater running, installed a Nest thermostat and a mini split. They are efficient, timely and all at a fair price. My husband ran weld shops and can spot a capable and honest tradesman when he sees one. These guys are it. Highly recommend.
