I have used them in the past and thought I could trust them. Apparently, not so. I took my computer in because there was an app on it that had quit working and I needed it to take online classes. They couldn't help me without running a complete diagnostic on my computer first. Kiss $55 goodbye. I went here to buy a graphics card even thou they charge 12.99 more for it then Best Buy, but I did not feel like driving al the way there. So I went and purchased it for 75 dollars. I got home and installed the video card like I have many times before with many other Pc's I have had. It stayed as a black screen.. did not work!!
