Please read the text I sent this man below today actually. My son was in an awful situation in a group home. He is blind, Autistic, and non-verbal. So we had to bring him home. We wanted the garage into his own living space he was with us now with 24 hour staffing so we also wanted our privacy back and Charles said he would be done by Thanksgiving so we choose him. RUN!!! We had to press FELONY CRIMINAL charges against him for stealing our money!!!!!!!!! I don’t even know where to begin with our experience with Charles… this man knocked on our door in April (should have been the first red flag) seeing that we had damage from a storm to our roof.. a claim we filed prior to hiring him.. it is now the end of August… and he promised to get our insurance to cover the roof.. stated that they needed to cover it and that they didn’t have a choice..he was given a copy of our insurance policy on... read more
