Waited 2.5 hours for an oil change I got through Groupon. Tech did not know how to put my prius in reverse, left the veichle running for an hour after he got my mileage (I went to the car to get water and noticed it was on). They did not have oil in stock and had orileys deliver it. An employee made hot tea and left it to sit on the counter my little daughter grabbed it thinking it was empty and spilled it all over her. Luckily it was sitting for 10 mins so it wasn't to hot otherwise it would have been bad.
