Don’t trust this body shop There is no experience at all
As a Tesla parts supplier, I have delivered parts to Dependable Collision for customer repairs a few times. From what I’ve seen, they do very good work and take good care of the vehicles. Their location is easy to find, and the staff have always been friendly and professional. I also had a chance to see their workshop, and it was clean, organized, and well set up. You can tell they run the shop professionally. Overall, a very reliable body shop and a place I feel comfortable sending Tesla customers to.
Had my car here for a few times for custom works. Andrew and Tony are very professional and done an excellent job on the car. Highly recommend!
Brought car to this shop, Supplied new bumper to paint and install, noticed gap and not perfect fit, informed by the shop tthe replacing one bracket will fix the problem, supplied new part. still had the problem. Found later poor installation of the part and bumper tab broken doesn't snug which caused leaving a gap between body and the bumper.
