We have been happy customers of this particular location for many years. I am a local funeral director and our suits and dress shirts are a very important part of how we show up professionally. Mona and Lorena are absolutely wonderful humans.. always kind and sincere when we swing through! They have expedited our timeline many times in the past, and graciously iron our American Flags- for our deceased veterans’ military funeral honors. They do good job cleaning darker clothing, but don't pay enough attention to detail on stain removals for white clothes.
The prices here are embarrassing. I am not sure what the issue is. Quality and service are great but at the end of the day, the pricing structure is ridiculous. Denver seems like an overpriced dry cleaning market probably cuz most people wear yoga, pajamas, sweats and grunge, even to work!
Mona at this office has always done an amazing job at this location. She is kind, thorough and considerate. All of my clothing items have been always been done promptly and efficiently. We also had a situation with a tenant where a kitchen sink leak affected some of her clothes in a closet. These clothes needed to be cleaned. I picked up the items from the tenant and delivered them to Dependable Dry Cleaners. I am in town for my sister’s wedding and I was taking care of the dress when I discovered a spot on the train. I was at a loss for what to do. After making a few phone calls, Dependable Cleaners was the only place not only willing to check the spot for me but also fix it up and steam it! They are truly lifesavers and I am so grateful that they were able to help!
