Great service. They replaced some missing buttons on my suit free of charge.
I called for pricing. A 100%cotton man’s shirt is about $6 to wash and press but if it has only 2% polyester it is nearly $16. WOW. Living near city park without a vehicle means being gouged!!!! Do not use this place.
AVOID THIS PLACE (All locations)!!! I should have listened to the negative reviews before trusting Dependable Cleaners with my suit and tie. They are anything but dependable. My suit was returned dirty, and my tie was destroyed due to improper handling. When I brought the tie back to be "fixed," I was told it had been mishandled and needed to go through their process again. When I received it the second time, the damage was irreversible. I drive miles past hundreds of other places just to come here because of the exceptional way I’m treated. Mona genuinely appreciates her customers, and it shows in every interaction.
